Inmotion at The Battery Show 2025

Michigan | October 6–9Inmotion Technologies, a proud member of ZAPI GROUP, joined thousands of engineers, innovators, and OEMs at The Battery Show 2025, a key event shaping the future of electrification and energy storage. Held at Huntington Place in Detroit, with over 21,000 attendees, 1,300+ exhibitors, and 150+ speakers, the show marked a major milestone: 25 years of driving innovation in energy storage, power electronics, and electric mobility. Inmotion came with a clear mission: to showcase technologies that help OEMs thrive in the most demanding environments.

What We Brought to the Table

This year, we introduced a lineup of electrification solutions built for real-world challenges:

  • Liquid-Cooled On-board Chargers
Available in 7.2 kW and 22 kW, these chargers are compatible with both 400 V and 800 V battery packs. Designed for thermal efficiency and compact integration, they’re ready for next-gen electric platforms.
  • ACH3 Inverter
Our flagship third-generation inverter continues to impress with its customizable control software and robust performance. Whether for hybrid or full-electric systems, ACH3 delivers precision and reliability.
  • DCC3 Converter
Compact, rugged, and secure. The DCC3 is a DC/DC converter built for industrial and construction applications, featuring native cybersecurity and flexible mounting options.
  • XPM Motor
Efficiency meets durability. The XPM is a high-performance IPM motor designed for tough environments in agriculture, construction, and material handling.

These technologies are part of a broader electrification ecosystem powered by ZAPI GROUP, which includes motion control, battery charging, telematics, and safety systems—all engineered to help OEMs meet evolving performance and compliance standards.

Why It Matters

As part of ZAPI GROUP, Inmotion contributes to a global effort to advance electrification across industrial and off-highway applications. With recent expansions in high-voltage power conversion and onboard charging—through acquisitions like Stercom Power Solutions and SMPC Technologies—the group continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
